Louis Tremblay is a Quebec-born painter known for semi-abstract landscapes rooted in the rural regions of Baie-Saint-Paul, Kamouraska, and the Gaspé Peninsula. A graduate of the Université du Québec à Chicoutimi with further studies in art history at Université Laval, his work blends structure and atmosphere to evoke the character of place.
