At Koyman Galleries, we want you to be fully satisfied with your art purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy, we offer a 48-hour return window for both in-person and online purchases, subject to the conditions below.
Return Window
You may request a return within 48 hours of:

In-person purchases: From the date and time of purchase.

Online purchases: From the date and time of delivery (based on tracking confirmation).
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:

The artwork must be in original condition, undamaged, and unaltered.

All original packaging, documentation, and certificates of authenticity (if provided) must be returned.

The return request must be submitted within the 48-hour window.
How to Initiate a Return

In-person purchases: Bring the artwork back to the gallery with your original receipt within 48 hours of purchase.

Online purchases: Email us at information@koymangalleries.com with your order number and reason for return within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide return instructions.
Shipping for Online Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must use a trackable and insured shipping method.

Returned artwork must be received by us in the original condition. We recommend using the original packaging if possible.
Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7 business days of receipt and inspection of the artwork.

Shipping, handling, and any associated transaction fees are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return:

Custom or commissioned artwork

Sale or discounted items marked as final sale

Artwork that has been altered, damaged, or not returned in original condition
